HoFi, a play off LoFi, is first about the sound. Before the Daddy Issues era I was strictly recording in the studio. Influenced by early 3 6 Mafia to MIA and Sade, I was was yearning for something raw. Something that focused on lyricism/flow and not all the special effects. I've never want to be stuck in a genre, so like a lot of my other projects HoFi is a blend of many (R&B, Pop, HipHop, and Punk). HoFi is the second and last installment of the Daddy Issues Era before releasing the final project which is Daddy Issues: So Eye-C Vol. 2. The first installment was Some Like It RAW. Continuing the theme of sex HoFi is drenched in the spirit of Hoeism. Hoeism is Feminism is Futurism. Its about sexual and feminine power. The previous era, which was Trust Issues, was loud and mad. Wanting to show a softer side, HoFi shows some vulnerability, displaying my struggle with wanting to be loved.
